Last week, I had the privilege of visiting Donga Junior Secondary School in Francistown and Tutume McConnell College in Tutume during the first activation of the Ke Abela Sekolo Campaign, following the FNBB Foundation’s commitment to participating in the refurbishment of 20 public schools across Botswana.

Seeing FNBB employees, EIMC teams, local artisans, school leadership and community members working together was a powerful reminder that meaningful change happens when we unite behind a shared purpose. Every learner deserves a safe, dignified and inspiring learning environment, and partnerships like these show what is possible when government, the private sector and communities work hand in hand. Thank you to the FNBB Foundation and everyone who made this first activation a success. This is only the beginning.
