Creating lasting change requires more than individual effort. It demands collaboration, shared vision, and a commitment to responsible stewardship of resources. Through strategic engagements with key institutions, EIMC is exploring new opportunities to combine expertise, assets, and capabilities in support of sustainable public school infrastructure development.

EIMC continues to explore strategic partnerships that bring institutions together around shared opportunities and smarter use of public resources. Our engagement with Gaborone City Investment Company and BUAN Investments Company focused on potential collaboration, exploring how our collective capabilities, assets and expertise can unlock greater value and support sustainable public-school infrastructure. Our CEO, Chanda Masendu-Kusane, together with Mabedi Motimedi, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, and Goitseone Ramaloto, Head – Transformation, met with Kabo Moitoi, CEO of Gaborone City Investment Company, Kealeboga Pifelo, CEO of BUAN Enterprises, as well as Mokgabo Thobega, Head of Legal, and Kelebogile Seitei, GM – Commercial, from BUAN. Partnerships are not simply about bringing organizations to the same table; they are about identifying where mandates intersect, pooling resources and expertise, reducing duplication, and creating solutions that deliver greater public value. As we work to transform Botswana’s public-school infrastructure, collaboration will remain central to how we mobilize resources, advance sustainability and maximize impact. Shared value. Greater impact.
