Guided by a shared commitment to excellence, accountability, and national development, the Board will provide strategic oversight to support EIMC’s mandate of modernising and sustainably managing Botswana’s public-school infrastructure.

Meet the Board:

Tebogo Sebego – Board Chairperson

A highly respected attorney and founder of a leading law firm, with over 25 years of experience in commercial law, litigation, and arbitration. He also mentors young lawyers and contributes to national dialogue on constitutional issues and justice reform.

Ambassador Dorcas Ana Kgosietsile – Vice Chairperson

An accomplished leader with extended experience in business, governance, and international diplomacy. She has served in senior diplomatic roles and held leadership positions across multiple sectors, contributing to investment promotion and corporate governance.

Leah Uananisa -Board Member

A technology and digital transformation leader specializing in IT governance, cybersecurity, and strategic digital enablement, supporting innovation and operational efficiency.

Mothusi Mashumba -Board Member

An experienced facilities management and public-sector administration professional with expertise in infrastructure operations, procurement oversight, and institutional service delivery.

Sanga Namoshe -Board Member

A seasoned business and management professional with extensive experience in strategy, organisational design, and change management. Previously served in executive leadership with oversight of HR, finance, and operations, and has contributed widely to governance through board and committee roles.

Segametsi Sethantsho – Board Member

A financial services professional specializing in risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance, with experience in strengthening institutional resilience and board-level reporting.

Thato Norman -Board Member

An investment executive with deep expertise in finance and asset management, recognized for leadership in investment strategy, governance, and sustainable economic development.
