Provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and leadership of the Board’s functions.

Tebogo Sebego is a highly respected Botswana attorney and founder of Sebego Attorneys, a full service law firm established in 2001. His practice provides extensive expertise in commercial law, civil litigation, conveyancing, intellectual property, labour matters, and arbitration, serving a broad client base that includes major banks, corporations, and individuals across Botswana. With over 25 years of legal practice, Sebego is recognised as one of Botswana’s leading legal minds, reflecting deeply on the discipline, justice, and purpose that have shaped his professional journey.


As an entrepreneur, Sebego has grown Sebego Attorneys into a prominent and multidisciplinary law practice in Gaborone, known for its effectiveness, diverse legal services, and strong track record in high value commercial and litigation matters. Beyond legal practice, he is committed to mentoring young lawyers and engaging in national conversations around constitutional issues and justice reform.


In governance, Sebego applies his legal and leadership expertise within complex organisational environments, contributing to policy interpretation, institutional strengthening, and strategic decision making across sectors. His ability to navigate high stakes administrative challenges underscores his influence and credibility as a leader in both legal and governance spaces.

Dorcas Ana Kgosietsile

Supports the Chairperson and leads governance responsibilities across committees and strategic priorities.

Dorcas Ana Kgosietsile is a distinguished Botswana leader with extensive experience in investment analysis, business administration, public sector governance, and diplomatic service. Over a career spanning more than a decade in national development and economic management, she has contributed to major projects across multiple industries, applying her expertise in financial oversight, asset management, and organisational strategy.

She has served in numerous governance roles, participating in high level committees responsible for audit, risk, credit, and investment decision making. Her work has supported both national institutions and large scale developmental frameworks, strengthening accountability and ensuring effective resource allocation within complex organisational environments.

Mothusi Mashumba

Mothusi Mashumba is an experienced facilities management and public-sector administration professional with a career spanning infrastructure operation, land management, and procurement oversight in Botswana. He has served as Manager of Facilities at the Botswana International University of Science & Technology (BIUST), where he has led key operational functions including campus maintenance, renovations, environmental services, safety and health compliance, and logistical management.

Prior to his role in higher education, Mashumba held strategic administrative positions in government, including Sub Landboard Secretary, where he directed land management, development planning, human resources, and financial administration at regional level. He also previously served within the District Administration Tender Committee, providing technical guidance on procurement regulations, tender evaluation, and compliance with national procurement frameworks.

With foundational experience in construction oversight as a Clerk of Works within the Ministry of Education’s infrastructure unit, Mashumba brings a blend of technical, operational, and administrative governance expertise that supports large-scale institutional operations and public sector service delivery.

Sanga Namoshe

Sanga Namoshe is an experienced Botswana based professional whose career spans business development, corporate services, human resources consulting, and enterprise leadership. He has held senior executive responsibilities in the higher education sector, serving in Vice President–level leadership overseeing business development and corporate services.

His background also includes entrepreneurial and consulting work, notably as an HR Consultant and later as Owner of Hucaman Solutions, where he supports organisations through advisory and human capital interventions.

Namoshe has additionally gained leadership experience in the private sector through roles in business management and operations at Dresden Green, demonstrating versatility across industries and organisational environments.

Thato Norman

Thato Norman is an accomplished Botswana investment executive with deep expertise in finance, actuarial science, and institutional asset management. He serves as a senior leader within the country’s pension fund sector, where he has played a key role in shaping strategic investment frameworks and strengthening long term financial sustainability.

Norman has been recognised for his strategic leadership in Botswana’s evolving investment landscape, particularly through his work in pension fund governance, portfolio diversification, and sustainable investment strategy. He is noted for championing intelligent, phased approaches to private markets and for advocating stronger participation of African institutional capital in regional economic development.

His advanced training spans actuarial modelling, financial strategy, and organisational leadership, supporting his ability to guide investment policy in complex economic environments.

His contributions also extend to high level industry platforms, where he speaks on infrastructure investment, economic transformation, and the role of long term capital in Africa’s development priorities.

Segametsi Sethantsho

Segametsi Sethantsho is a financial services professional with experience in insurance, enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance. She has worked extensively in regulated financial institutions, contributing to the development of risk frameworks, governance structures, and board-level reporting. Her expertise includes enterprise risk management, credit insurance, and the implementation of sound risk oversight and institutional resilience.

With an MSc in Leadership and Change Management (Leeds Metropolitan University, UK) and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Environmental Science (University of Botswana) She champions sustainability (inclusive leadership and responsible finance, translating vision into tangible socio-economic outcomes).

Leah Uananisa

Ms. Leah Uananisa is a Technology and Digital Transformation leader with extensive experience in Information Systems Management, Enterprise Technology Governance, and Strategic Digital Enablement. As the Head of IT, Ms. Uananisa has built a distinguished career leading complex technology environments, driving digital transformation initiatives, advancing Cybersecurity and IT governance frameworks. Her expertise lies in aligning technology strategy with organisational objectives, enabling innovation, and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of digital solutions.

She holds a master’s degree in Project Management, an Honours degree in Systems Engineering, and has completed an Executive Development Program that further strengthens her strategic leadership and governance capabilities.
