About EIMC
A New Model for Education Infrastructure
Following Cabinet approval in December 2025, the Education Infrastructure and Management Company (Pty) Ltd was incorporated under the Companies Act as a public company wholly owned by the Government of Botswana under the Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education.
EIMC operates as a centralised delivery institution mandated to transform Botswana's national education infrastructure, providing comprehensive maintenance across the full lifecycle of these assets through a self-sustaining management model.
